Thuli Mthethwa
CEO and Founder of Memeza
A Software Developer turned Social Entrepreneur, Thuli graduated from Rhodes University with a Bsc. Computer Science/Information Systems degree. In 2012 she graduated from UNISA with Honours Information Systems. She has been a victim of crime countless times; in March 2012 a family member was brutally attacked and robbed of everything in her house. Since then Thuli has vowed to give all her time to fighting crime and violence against Woman and Children in South Africa. In October 2012, she founded Memeza Shout Crime Prevention
Rirhandzu Munisi
A Graduate of Rhodes University, Ms Munisi is currently the Investment Officer at The Innovation Hub. A well rounded Financial Advisor who understand the global and domestic macro-economic environment and the impact it has on companies’ direction and strategy, growth and profitability. She oversees the process for funding, in particular – evaluation, due diligence (analysis and assessment) of proposals, commercialization strategies and business model guidance, negotiating of deal terms, preparing Investment recommendations for the Investment Committee, and assisting companies in the development and implementation of financial and statistical investment.

Henkie Maritz
A dynamic leader with a wealth of experience in Enterprise Systems development and implementation. Henkie has worked extensively in industries such as transportation, telecommunications, media, and supply chain management. He has fulfilled a myriad of roles including project leadership, business analysis, architecture, software development, and change management.

Prof. Hassan Mphande
A finance and development Economist from the Ruhr Graduate school of Economics
and Management in Germany. He has contributed to Research and training in a number of transformation areas generally and from the finance and economic view through economic Policy analysis and management. In addition, he has published works in the areas of Development Economics, Research methodologies, Organizational Development, Gender and Management as well many in the fields of Social Science.

Bongeka Manciya
A feisty community fighter and leader who, through her relentless pursuit for community betterment, empowerment and upliftment, has for many years, been the pillar of Tembisa. Through Lebone Aids Care Project that she runs, hundreds of orphans are fed and taken care of on a daily basis, and the many families that are directly or indirectly affected by HIV AIDS.
Ntate Legodi
Ntate Legodi has over 30 years experience in working with SAPS and Community Policing forums. Being the oldest member of the team at 75, Ntate is our key community speaker, specifically in township and rural environments. Ntate Legodi has trusted relationships with key Government role players, such as the MEC Community Safety.

Elmarie Pereira
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Corporate Telecommunications Executive. Elmarie’s over 14 years of experience managing operations and related sales channels, with expertise in developing client services and streamlining delivery of products/services . Elmarie also lost her sister to Gender Based Violence, this is part of the reason she teamed up with Memeza through the Vodacom Change the World programme.
Herman de Jager
Installation & Technical Manager
Herman de Jager has over 14 years experience in the Sales and Services industry and joined Memeza with the aim of providing technical and installation management services for the Diepsloot project, which proved a 9% drop in Murder rate and 26% drop in Sexual violence in Diepsloot. After the success of the Diepsloot project, Herman joined Memeza on a permanent basis and is our technical and systems expert, also managing the training, quality and service levels of field installers.

Noma Mosana
HR and Office Administration
Noma takes care of all HR and Office Administration requirements, including being the top liaison between Memeza and our outsourced financial and legal partners, about 10 years experience running a business.

Boitumelo Motse
Sales Officer
Boitumelo Motsei is currently under the Innovation Hub Internship programme 2016/17.She went to Tshwane University of Technology where she acquired her Diploma in Entrepreneurship. She sees herself in a managerial position and one day dreams of owning her own company.

Thandokuhle Selanto
Community Liaison Officer
Thandokuhle Shirley Selanto is currently under the Innovation Hub Internship programme 2016/17.She studied Communications at Fort Hare University. Thando is a very skilled communicator and strives to be the best in the communications Industry. Her future aspiration is to be a successful Public Relations Practitioner.
Lodrick Mpanze
IT - Technical Expect
Lodrick Mpanze is currently under the Innovation Hub Internship programme 2016/17. He went to Tshwane University of Technology and studied IT –Technical programming. Lodrick strives for excellence in almost everything he does. In years to come Lodrick wants to own his own applications company.

Hilda Ramoshaba Ramoshaba
CSI Specialist
Hilda went to the University of Limpopo where she studied Bachelor of Arts in Commutations. She one day wants to be a successful business women in the communications industry. She is a strong believer in giving back to the community and being part of MeMeZa gives her that opportunity to do so.
Molefi Tshite
Office Administration
Molefi Tshite is currently under the FPD learnership doing Business Administration at Memeza Shout. He is hard working and determined to work smart in order to reach his dreams. Molefi has a passion for youth development and one day wants to help create jobs for the youth especially in disadvantage communities.
